HR By Your Side is the consulting practice of Jeff Kennedy, a results-driven, people-oriented human resources professional and CA employment attorney with over 18 years of experience in growing and mature organizations across a broad range of industries, including technology, retail, consumer products, professional services, design, and the arts, as well as nonprofits and public agencies.
Prior to launching HR By Your Side, Jeff provided strategic and tactical HR services on staff with Microsoft, Gap, Wal-Mart and the University of CA, San Francisco.
Before that, as principal of the Law Office of Jeffrey Kennedy, he represented clients in employment disputes in CA and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in mediation. Jeff also trained hundreds of people as a member of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Training and Implementation Network sponsored by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Department of Justice.
